BIO

Laszlo Czaller holds a PhD in geography from ELTE University, Hungary since 2020. In his thesis he modelled endogenous regional growth in the presence of trade and factor mobility. He works as a research fellow at the ANET Lab, Centre for Economic and Regional Studies in Hungary since 2019. He is also affiliated with Department of Regional Science, ELTE University, Budapest, Hungary as an associate lecturer. particular.
His research interest lies at the intersect between regional economics and labor market research. He is currently studying the long-term labor market consequences of automation technologies, the welfare effects of regional knowledge sharing and the labor market return to worker skills.
